Yale Club of Hong Kong: Thanksgiving Dinner with Special Guest Lei Zhang (SOM’ 02)

Please join us for a Thanksgiving party with special guest, Lei Zhang (SOM’ 02).  We will also be welcoming current Yale SOM students from New Haven who will be in Hong Kong during their Thanksgiving break.   For dinner, we will be serving a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings:  turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegetables, pies, etc.
Lei is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Hillhouse Capital Management Group.  Named after Hillhouse Avenue in New Haven, the Group has become one of the largest and best performing funds in Asia, focusing on the TMT, consumer, and healthcare sectors.  He is a Trustee of the Yale-NUS College and the Chair of the Yale Asia Development Council.  Lei also serves on the board of several of Asia’s leading companies, including JD.com, China’s largest Internet retailer; Qunar, China’s largest online travel vertical; Blue Moon, a leading Chinese household personal care company; and MNC Global Mediacom, Indonesia’s largest media/TV/Pay TV conglomerate.  For more on Lei, see here.
Date: November 25 (Friday)
Time: 7:00 pm till late.
Venue: 1 Chatham Path, Mid-levels.  Take a taxi to 3 May Road and either walk up Chatham Path or call Dan Rupp (9265 6432) and he will send the golf cart down.
Price:  HK$200/person.  Spouses and children are welcome.
Dress Code:  Please dress in any Yale gear that you still have.
